Free Parts For Life Program Deluxe version of the lightweight MDF Dual-Head Stethoscope is a modified Dual-Head that resembles the performance of the Stainless Steel Dual-Head, MDF777. The Bowles and deep cone-shaped Bell with a full-rotation Acoustic Valve Stem and enclosed Headset Spring provide sensitive acoustics and professional performance at an affordable price.

Our Intelligent chest piece with pure and transparent sound is attributed to the unique acoustic chamber design. Amplified by our ultra-sensitive diaphragm made from special sound conducting material, sound is resonated within the acoustic chamber dictated by an acoustically engineered proprietary formula that amalgamates the perfect surface angles, ideal dimensions and proper contours to deliver optimum sound from our stethoscopes.
Chest piece: Lightweight Dual-Head Chest piece and Acoustic Valve Stem are constructed of chrome-plated aluminum and brass, respectively. The Diaphragm side is fitted with an Ultra-Thin Fiber Diaphragm and sealed by the Diaphragm Retaining Ring to produce optimum amplification and high frequency sound transmission of heart and lungs. The deep cone-shaped Bell detects acoustic sensitivity at low frequency sound transmission at 20-100 Hz. Both the Diaphragm and Bell are crowned with a non-chill durable PVC Diaphragm Retaining Ring and Bell Ring to provide greater patient comfort.
Headset: Chrome-plated brass Headset Tubes and enclosed Headset Spring provide superior acoustic transmission. This adjustable Headset, equipped with the MDF Comfort Seal Ear tips, provides the anatomic fit for extended usage comfort.
Acoustic Tubing: Acoustic Tube in the Y-configuration is constructed of non-cracking, non-sticking high-density latex-free PVC.
Accessories: Additional (2) Comfort Seal Ear tips, (1) ultra-sensitive Diaphragm and (1) ID tag.
Life Time Replacement Parts: Life time replacement parts are for MDF Stethoscopes only. Replacement parts include: non-chill ring, diaphragm retaining ring, bell ring, comfort Seal ear tips, and diaphragms. Manufacturer 2-Year Warranty: MDF instruments with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 2 years of the original purchase.
