Product Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly, out of stock or discontinued.
Return Policy:
All defective products must be reported immediately within 48 hours and will be replaced at no extra cost. No refund, replace or exchange on free product. JumboBay Inc. will not be responsible for any damages reported after 48 hours. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA # before attempting to return any product.
All non defective products will be subject to restocking fee that varies from product manufacturer. Customer must pay return shipping fees. Product must be received in original good condition or it cannot be accepted for return. All sales are final after 14 days and no return will be accepted.

Sales Tax will be charged to Wyoming shipping address and residents, regardless of the location the product ship from.
Customers are responsible for any import duty tax to their own state or country.

Shipping Policy:
All domestic and international shipment that cannot be delivered due to an error by the customer such as wrong address, etc will be returned to where the product distribution center ship from. All charges associated with the return of goods will be sole financial responsibility of the customer and will be billed to customers account.
International shipping fees does not include brokerage fees.
